DSH Capybara Secretary: Desktop Pet Notifications and Alert Inbox

`zzx-dear/dsh-capybara-notify` is a notification plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH). It provides visual task status feedback and alerting services through the desktop pet named "Lulu". Core features include alert delivery, intelligent session reminders, inbox viewing, and daily plugin recommendations. The plugin supports macOS desktop pet integration (based on transparent always-on-top windows) and provides REST APIs for inspection scripts to call, helping address status monitoring challenges when agents run in the background. Installation requires restarting the DSH web service, and enabling the pet feature requires running the installation script.
